Hot Mulled Cider. My new favorite recipe. I chose to slice my oranges thinly to release more of the juice and when it is strained all the pulp is left behind. My favorite spice store is Penzey's Spices. I usually have the spices on hand since I use many of them in different sweet and savory meal preparations or baking.
